Confit of Duck

Cassoulets, Confits and other French Food in Jars can be excellent quick meals, but if you are unfamiliar with them they do look a bit daunting. They can be however, a very easy "Ready Meal" some of which require only the lid of the jar to be removed and the contents heated in a saucepan before serving.
