A Rustic French stew of preserved Duck (Confit de Canard), Pork Sausages and white Kidney Beans. A classic French food dish.
Simply remove the lid, heat the contents in a saucepan and serve.
Once opened store in a fridge and use within one week.

Mogettes de Vendee Beans (35%), Duck (25%), Pork Meats, Duck Stock, Tomato Puree, Carrots, Salt, Pepper, Seasoning.

Allergy Information

Although this product does not contain nuts, the producer does make a product on his premises which contains Pistachio nuts. We have obsevered their clean down procedures which are in our opinion very thourough, so minimising the risk of nut contamination.

Additional Information

This product does not contain additives, preservatives, but still has an excellent product life, typically 2 years, due to the air tight seal of the Jar.
